Some problems with the ROE2010 database

Some stations are not still projected properly

ref_id : 14357, 14703, 14711, 15568, 21164, 22057, 25422, 28095, 28146, 28163, 28785, 29578, 32486, 33422, 33786, 34156, 34428, 36336, 44368, 44370, 45932, 45942, 45949, 45952, 47355, 49967

The names in the table geobs.obstacle_referentiel haven't the same spelling, the same syntax, for the sames names there are different names
Example in the ref_passe_poisson column :
absence de passe à poisson/ Absence de passe à poisson
Dispositif Non Obligatoire/DISPOSITIF NON OBLIGATOIRE
non/NON
...

This problem is observed in :

obstacle_partenaire	par_nom, par_type1, par_type2, par_type3, par_type4, par_usage1, par_usage2, par_statut, par_passe_poisson, par_passe_poisson_secondaire, par_cours_eau_aval, par_commentaire_ouvrage, par_commentaire_modification

Some values are : ??, _ or an empty cell or with a space or xxx or XXX or xxxx

Problèmes rencontrés et requêtes

• Une valeur est ‘négative’ (pour fra_id=40930 fra_note =-5), est-ce qu’en faite la valeur de la note est de 5 ?
• Pour fra_id=40930, la note fra_note=.3 est-ce 0.3 ou 3 qu’il faut prendre en compte ?
• Pour fra_id=45186 fra_note=( --> fra_note=5?
