Water bodies at risk of failure in achieving the good status (RNABE in French) has been reported in 2005 by each EU member state. The report can be found here : http://cdr.eionet.europa.eu/ then click on the member state / European Union (EU), obligations / Water Framework Directive: Art. 5 reporting / Deliveries under WFD Art. 5

The version of the dataset is 2005 (an new evalution has been done on 2008 but I can't find it on the website).

Only river waterbody (not very small waterbody) are available at the moment, which is less than the coverage of the CCM layer.

Pour RWBody
La base n'est pas homogène, suivant les bassins hydrographiques la précision diffère (le réseau hydrographique est beaucoup plus précis, dense sur certains bassins).
Pour GWBody
Le nombre, la densité de bassins versants diffère par bassins hydrographiques et sont déterminés de façon non homogène.
