1) Installing MikTeX

install a basic MiKTeX system, download and run the "Basic MiKTeX" installer.
You'll find Gostscript and GSView here : http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/
2) Installing GHOSTSCRIPT
Ghostscript is needed to process postscript (.ps) and encapsulated postscript (.eps) files. Download and install them after you install MikTeX.

Installing WinEdt

1/ Suppression du « soft wrapping » et réglage de la taille des marges
Dans WinEdt, aller dans Options > Settings et sélectionner l’onglet Wrapping. Dans le cadran de gauche (Soft Wrapping)
- décocher Soft Wrapping for Modes:
- cocher Use Fixed Right Margin: et entrer la largeur souhaité (en nombre de caractères), par ex: 80
2/ Installation du dictionnaire français
- Télécharger le dictionnaire français sur le site de WinEdt (ficher fr.dic): http://www.winedt.org/Dict/
- Créer le dossier C:\Program Files\WinEdt Team\WinEdt 6\Dict\Français et y copier les fichers fr.dic et fr.txt
- Dans !Winedt, aller dans Options > Options Interface >Dictionnary Manager > Clic-droit Insert > Ecrire Français > clic droit Browse > Indiquer le chemin d'accès au fichier fr.dic.
- Cocher les cases Modified, Load on Start, Load on Exit et Add New Words
