Crossing layers - Select features by locations

• Selection > Select By Location
  
• Selection method :
  • I want to : add to the currently selected features in
• Check the layers:
  • the following layers : hylcov_arc (BDCarthage)
• Selection method :
  • that : are within a distance of
• Click the drop-down arrow and click the layer you want to use to search for the features:
  • the features in the layer : RIVERSEGMENTS (CCM)
• Apply a buffer to the features in RIVERSEMENTS
  • of 16 meters
• Apply/click OK
