Crossing layers - Select features by locations 

- Selection > Select By Location [[Br]]
- Selection method : 
  * I want to : add to the currently selected features in
- Check the layers: 
  * the following layers : hylcov_arc  (BDCarthage)
- Selection method : 
  * that : are within a distance of
- Click the drop-down arrow and click the layer you want to use to search for the features:  
  * the features in the layer : RIVERSEGMENTS (CCM)
- Apply a buffer to the features in RIVERSEMENTS 
  * of 16 meters
- Apply/click OK

BDCarthage (green), CCM (red), selection (cyan)
