You just have to enter the adress of the server in pgAdmin, or in jdbc or odbc link, on the server the file pghba.conf must be edited to grant access rights according to the ip adresses

The file pg_hba.conf is in : C:\Celine Jouanin\dataPostgreSQL 
or in a directory in PostgreSQL8.4
