Using the devalpomi report (Loire - Bretagne) adapt scripts to integrate the size structured version of the EDA model.
Adapt and check Mortalite_turbines.Rmd test report. Check that results are consistent with those found in the Adour by Antoine Martelet
The current version of devalpomi uses distance to the sea to propose a size structure for downstream migrating silver eels, now this feature is available within devalpomi. We had best use it.
