Milestone : Eel data (beta)

This corresponds the import of the first set of data. The data must be avalaible in October 2018, and will be integrated by january 2019. The tools for importing and  updating automatically data will be built upon to integrate most data. This milestone is set for Component datatool

Deliverable 4.1.1: Report​

First release of the EDA model based on non-final data, all script will be running and adapted, a first simple output is provided. This will allow to develop shiny application

The final release deadline is january 2020. So here we have a working version.

ACTIVITY 1.3: ​CREATION & TRANSFERENCE OF ATLAS​

information produced in previous activities will be compiled to create a georeferenced eel database, which will be used to produce an atlas of eels in SUDOE area. This atlas ​

• Represent the final product of this GT, providing an attractive and easy-to-use tool that compile all available data. ​
• Will allow you to visualize the current distribution of eels in SUDOE area, with the abundances and the catches of different places. ​
• Will help related actors to identify the most problematic areas where recovery efforts should be focused. ​
• Will be included in the interactive web application produced in GT5:​

​The atlas will be presented in a seminar during the final project meeting. Specific examples of possible uses to manage and investigate the species will be showed. In collaboration with GT2, a video tutorial will be created (in three languages) to be used by people who do not attend this seminar.​ Because of large volume of data, the database will not be available online. Nevertheless, a contact will be included in the web page so that anyone can request the data.​
